Note: All 41-400 series ignitors are 120 VAC models. Some hot surface modules are rated for 208/240 volts input, however they step the voltage down to 120 VAC.
Robertshaw's 41-400 Series Norton Hot Surface Ignitors deliver dependable ignition heating systems of every description. From furnaces and boilers to rooftop heaters, infrared burners, unit heaters, water heaters, and many other types of HVAC equipment.
The 41-400 Series Hot Surface Ignitors are made of high purity recrystalized silicon carbide which combines physical and thermal strength with stable electrical properties. The 41-400 Series are designed to reach ignition temperatures within 17 seconds. These Hot Surface Ignitors have 18-gauge nickel chrome lead wires embedded and metalized in place for maximum holding strength and electrical conductivity. The lead wires are also enclosed with a special high-temperature fiberglass insulation providing total electrical protection.

Right Part and Fast Shipping
The new igniter arrived a day earlier that estimated and was in great shape, unfortunately my furnace had bigger problems than just a bad igniter. In the end, I was unable to use the part but I gave it to the guy who installed my new furnace and I'm sure it will be put to good use.
In all, I'm very happy with Supply House's service.

Saved Us From Freezing!!!
Our furnace decided to "malfunction" on the coldest night so far, this winter!! After a bit of detective work, my husband determined it was the ignitor. I did my detective work on the Internet and found that SupplyHouse.com had the one we needed (we actually bought two since Mom's house takes the same one!) and paid a much better price than we would have in town!! Part worked exactly as expected
A repair service quoted me at $300 for a furnace repair. I was able to complete the repair myself however thanks to this part. It fit my old furnace perfectly and saved me hundreds of dollars. The furnace has been running great now and my wife thinks I'm a hero. Will shop here again!
