The SharkBite Max 90-degree elbow offers an innovative push-to-connect design for quick and easy installation when connecting two pieces of potable water pipe. Ideal for working in tight spaces, the 90-degree brass push-to-connect elbow can be installed in wet lines with no special tools, crimping, soldering or glue required. Faster install time and ease of use reduces installation errors.

This is not so much of a review of product quality as it is about returning procedure.
I made a mistake on ordering the right size product and tried to fix my mistake through live chat within 10 minutes of ordering and was told I had to return after receiving product which of course cost me 15.00 dollars to return.
There should be at least some sort of timeframe even if it's only 15 minutes, to exchange, cancel or add to order, so that's the reason for only a 4 star rating.
