–
Sioux Chief 889 series FullFlush gasketed closet flanges shall be used where necessary in drainage systems. Flange shall allow 1.5" offset in any direction, and have a full-swivel, corrosion-proof stainless steel ring, with sufficient holes for securing to floor and slots for inserting closet bolts. Flange shall have an offset inner diameter area properly designed to allow full 3" spherical-fl ow for complete drainage and clog resistance. Engineered elastomer flange gasket shall have 3 points of contact to ensure a positive seal inside 4" nominal DWV pipe. Always fasten closet flanges to the floor.

Perfectly fitting into the old lead pipe. Bad thing is the metal round plate for screwing & securing onto the ground is too narrow, it would be better if it is at least an inch wide 🤔

Just What I Needed
I looked everywhere for an offset toilet flange, but they were all 2" at the local stores. I only needed a slight offset, and this 1.5" worked better.
After chipping away part of the foundation to accomodate the offset, I decided to remove the three-ringed rubber gasket to check for fit. With it on, it is so tight in the drain it would be difficult to remove.
First time for a project like this and very happy with the outcome.
