Damper Pivot - great product but damaged in shipping
I purchased 4 sections of the Base/Line 2000 baseboard heaters for a home renovation project. The products seem well engineered and manufactured. Unfortunately, how the units were packaged resulted in damage to the units during shipping. The baseboard heating units were delivered damaged and three of the Damper Pivot components were broken along with some damage to the heating fins and covers. Fortunately, Supply House was very responsive and replaced the broken Damper Pivot components promptly. We ironed out the cosmetic damage to the baseboard units and decided to live with the damaged Fins since they are not visible after installation. My recommendation would be to inspect products promptly upon arrival!
