fine product
To avoid damaging the lawn mower on he clearstream septic raised cut out. But I did have to make my own key with pvd boards glued together to open it. Basically a square which I can lever with a pipe wrench,

Exactly what I needed
After some accidental damage during our lawn aeration service, we needed to replace two septic cleanout caps. This site was one of very few places we found that carried this product. Shipping was fast, and these caps were exactly what we needed.

Fits perfect
Previous cover was not flush and was destroyed during spring cleanup since it sits within the grass area. This replacement is perfectly flush and threaded in with no issue. Shipping was fast.

Good selection and service
Found what I needed and it arrived quickly. Would be nice if SupplyHouse also carried clean out plug wrenches to fit the products they sell. Might even be a good idea to include the wrenches on the page with the clean out plugs and increase sales.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouseHi! The P110 plug has a recessed slot, not a hex or wrench flats. It could be operated with many common items found on a job site. Plyers handle, scrap piece of wood – anything that would fit into the slot and allow for leverage.

Q: Does this have a recessed slot on top for installation? Or does it have a square recess? Is there a wrench that can come with it?

The one I purchased had a square recess, no wrench commercially available that I know of. I have always had to find a square head bold and weld to a T handle to make a wrench.
