I would buy this pump again, but I hope I won't need to.
We purchased this pump to replace the same model. Our plumber recommended buying the whole unit instead of repairing the existing pump because it would be cheaper to replace instead of repair. We also saved money by buying it from Supply House.

Unreliable
My hot water boiler system has 11 Taco pumps. They ae consistently unrelaible. In the 5 years since the system was installed, I have replaced at least 5 of these units, some twice. Very expensive and disppointing. Use another brand.

Customer service was great
The pump malfunctioned with in 2 days. Taco pumps are great though, must have got a bad one. Regardless they overnighted me a new pump in 13 hours (I had overnighted the original one) and I was up and running again. Great service!!!

I would buy this pump again.
Pump is used in a Church's hot water heat system. We also purchased the replaceable cartridge to minimize down time and expense if the pump ever fails in the future.
