Q: Can this unit be used with 6 zones of hot water baseboard heat

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffIt can, but you'll want to run low-temperature fluid to the baseboards (rather than the typical 180°F - 200°F) to approach the peak efficiency ratings for this boiler.

Q: Hi to all. Can this boiler supply hot water and domestic hot water, or just hot water for heating? If I need an hot water heater for domestic needs what high efficiency unit do I have to get? Do they have to metch both of them? I am looking for the hot water heater domestic needs without holding tank,the one they call instant hot water. Please help, I am in a middle of big plumbing job and I have to decide and it is larg amount of money that I am willing to spent for the right reason: saving mony and almost maintenance free with gas than oil that I have now. Thanks again for your time. You must have easer costumers than me, sorry.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis boiler can heat hot water if you connect it to an indirect water heater. An indirect water heater is a tank for domestic hot water that has a coil inside. Hot water from the boiler flows through this coil, thereby heating the water in the indirect tank without coming into contact with it. We also carry tankless water heaters, but they do not connect to the boiler.
