SupplyHouse.com Saved Me Thousands — Literally

Last week in Phoenix, temps jumped into the high 90s and I had to run the AC. One of my 3‑ton units suddenly stopped cooling—air handler fan ran nonstop, but the outdoor condenser wouldn't turn on. After basic troubleshooting (thermostat, breakers, contactor test, AHU check), it was clear the control board wasn't sending 24VAC to the condenser. I called a tech, but the visit turned into a heavy upsell: claims of multiple failing parts, R‑22 scare tactics, and a push for a full system replacement around $30K. Even the "repair option" was quoted at $2.7K+ with no guarantee. I did my own research and ordered the correct furnace control kit (same manufacturer/model) from SupplyHouse.com, along with a matching condenser fan motor. The module swap was straightforward, and I replaced the contactor and capacitor with spares I keep on hand. After installation, everything worked perfectly—compressor engaged, condenser running, fan behavior normal, and full cooling restored. Thanks to SupplyHouse, I fixed the issue myself and avoided a massive, unnecessary replacement. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely order from them again.

It made do in a pinch...

The board worked fine, how ever, it took a bit of work to get it installed and lined up in place of the original. The board was bigger, so it wouldn't fit on the original mounting bracket, the mounting bracket was much larger and of an opposite orientation of the safety switch as the original, and the bracket could not be mounted in a way to be able to use the door safety switch. Luckily, the furnace is located in a unoccupied space of which no one other than myself and anyone else lighting an occasional pilot on the water heaters goes into. Like the headline said, worked in a pinch. It also did have the best price and availability of any other unit I had found.

This product finally worked

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the level of service and cooperation I received during a recent furnace repair project. Over the course of troubleshooting, I went through four control boards while working to correctly diagnose and resolve the issue. It was not a simple process, and the path to the final solution involved careful testing, ruling things out, and ultimately identifying an external wiring problem rather than a board failure. Throughout that process, your team was consistently cooperative, professional, and fair—particularly with regard to returns, refunds, and communication. That kind of support makes a real difference when a customer is working through a complex problem rather than a straightforward parts swap. I felt it was important to reach out and say that your service stood out. It's easy to find complaints online; it's less common for people to take the time to acknowledge when a company handles a difficult situation well. In my case, you absolutely did. Thank you again for standing behind your customers and making a complicated repair far less stressful than it could have been. Best regards,

Pretty happy and furnace working again

My York unit from 2007 kept erroring out on the limit switch was I did replace a year ago. After trying a new limit switch and jiggling the large molex connector it would work intermittently so I suspected the board. Replacement was pretty quick for me, I took some pictures and pinched the standoffs to remove the original board. I then pulled out the standoffs and snapped the new board in behind it. Then just moved everything over and viola, we have heat, first try, fired right up. AC and Blower fan work fine too. A couple notes, my original board didn't have a Y1 only Y/Y2 so I used that. Also the new board has a fan speed jumper I left at AC high which was the default setting. Honestly had no problems with the swap.

I would certainly recommend buying products from these guys

Recently ordered a control board for my furnace. The part came quickly, I was easily able to track it the whole way here. Packaging was great…no way it was gonna get damaged or wet. The part was brand new as promised and is currently running my furnace perfectly so I'm VERY HAPPY. Thank you guys for your diligent services. I'll definitely order from you again if I need to in the future.

Definitely buy this again!

They made some changes (all good) to this board, it can be used for numerous applications. Snaps right in where the old one was, it was a breeze swapping it in.

I would buy this product again.

Installed the circuit board into my furnace making sure to switch one wire at a time from the old board to the new board. Took about 15 minutes and worked like a champ.

Board for a 20 year old York split system

I haven't installed it yet , but happy I could get the exact part that the unit came with for a great price. It saved a friend alot of money and I'm doing the job for her as a favor , so she's thrilled. A new board installed for just about 100 bucks for the part. Thank you Supply house for helping me help a friend in need !
