1. Turn off the heater electrical supply. Do not attempt to adjust thermostat with power on. 2. Remove the thermostat access panels and covers from the thermostats. Do not remove the plastic personnel protectors covering the thermostats. 3. Using a flat tip screwdriver, rotate the adjustment knob to the desired temperature setting. 4. Replace the covers and access panels and turn on heater electrical supply.

I have a different brand, same size. A lot of "dirt" builds up. I attach a short hose to clear the area then open valve while leaving the water supply on. Mine works like a charm. You might have to turn the valve off a couple of times and do it again so the "dirt" resettles to the bottom again. Good luck. Bob
If the unit was manufactured to be used on 240 volts it can be used on 240 volts. If the unit was manufactured for 120 volts, you can not rewire the unit and/or operate the unit on 240 volts.

You need to estimate your average usage per hour and determine whether this heater will produce the amount of hot water you need based on the specifications. This heater will work for approximately one shower per hour depending on the water usage of your fixtures and the length of the shower.
