Used at the point of entry, Aqua-Pure standard whole house filters reduce sediment, rust, precipitated scale, iron and minerals from all water using appliances and plumbing fixtures throughout the home. Choose from several replacement cartridges for a custom filter application.
Systems come complete with Aqua-Pure's premium performance sediment cartridge for AP11T, AP101T models. (Note: Only 1 cartridge is included, additional replacement cartridge must be purchased separately.

Do not buy this: it's defective
Same problem reported by PeteRage. Replacing 2 of 2, need to buy a different unit. Keep replacing o-rings, tighten lightly as several blogs read, still leaks. Housing not designed or tested properly IMO. Problem is it develops a crack in the center hole of the blue main body from the center through the sleeve out to the pressure down o-ring seat. Use flashlight to inspect, can feel the crack w fingernail. Hard to imagine AquaPure hasn't known this for years. New body looks the same.

Same problem reported by PeteRage. Replacing 2 of 2, need to buy a different unit. Keep replacing o-rings, tighten lightly as several blogs read, still leaks. Housing not designed or tested properly IMO. Problem is it develops a crack in the center hole of the blue main body from the center through the sleeve out to the pressure down o-ring seat. Use flashlight to inspect, can feel the crack w fingernail. Hard to imagine AquaPure hasn't known this for years. New body looks the same.

I keep replacing this
I've gone through 4 of these over 20 years. The tend to eventually start leaking and get to the point where no amount of adjusting the screws, etc., will make it stop leaking. So when that happens, I replace it, and the easiest thing to do is replace it with the same one. Supplyhouse has super fast delivery.

I've used these for years.
The Aqua-Pure filters are my favorite. The clear housing lets you see the filter condition and the eighth turn valve lets you replace the filter without losing a drop of water.

Cuno filter, now 3M. quality well made filter. Thie is a replacement for an identical that froze and cracked due to improper seasonal drain down.
