Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis boiler is only currently available with electronic ignition. As of September 1, 2012, boiler manufacturers in the U.S. are not permitted to make standing pilot boilers.
I ordered mine with electronic ignition, When I purchased mine both options were available. as I remember the pilot version was slightly less expensive. the only issue with my system was it didn't have an automatic water feed, however, I can't remember if Pexsupply carried both. I went back and forth with the decision but ended up going with the electronic. overall, i'm happy with the system

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffIt would, as long as it meets your BTU requirements and you have a natural gas source (this is a natural gas, not oil, boiler).
Q: I am currently getting my hot water from my steam boiler , does this have that option too.
