Cadet's most popular choice for bedrooms, the Cadet Electric Baseboard heater provides low-cost installation, quiet operation, and a practical design for easy placement throughout many rooms in your home. You'll enjoy consistent and reliable heat where you need it most.
- Not a plug-in model. Heater can be safely hardwired for 1000 watts at 240 volts or 750 watts at 208 volts, and can sit directly on floor or carpet.
- Convection heating helps circulate air to heat a space up to 175 square feet
- Quiet operation (no pinging) ideal for bedroom use
- Powder coated paint finish provides a smooth finish resistant to corrosion, scratches, fading, and wear
- Safety feature turns heater off if normal operating temperatures are exceeded
- Pre-punched case at 1 in. intervals offers easy installation. Universal wiring allows you to install at either side of baseboard and connect to industry standard supply wires
- Place under a window for best results as the cool air falling from the window area is warmed by the heat rising from the baseboard, causing the air to gently tumble throughout your room.
- Steel-sheathed heating element offers excellent heat transfer and high quality durability back with a lifetime warranty
- Contemporary baseboard design is built to industry standard lengths to easily replace your current baseboard or match any new construction footprint
- Clearance: 12" clearance in front and above; 6" to sides
- Thermostat is required, but sold separately

Great price, easy to install
Needed to replace electric baseboard heaters in 2 bedrooms. Discovered the existing were recalled several years ago. Cadet is pretty much the standard. The heaters were the best price I found, and were delivered in just a few days. Easy to install, though I wish the manufacturer would provide installation instructions with larger and clearer images.

Faulty spot welds
I am very disappointed in the 4 foot models. I purchased a total of 6 base boards. 4 of them were 4 feet. And two of the four were faulty with the middle support bracket and spot weld.I had to repair them before.I could install them

Always satisfied with Cadet heaters

Q: I just got 2x 1000 watt baseboard heaters 12-2 wire and digital thermoset! I'm going to run it on a double pull 20 amp breaker! Do I have all of the right gear to run it straight to 2x1000 watt heaters

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffEach baseboard is 4.2 amps, so a 20 amp breaker should be sufficient. Just verify that the thermostat can handle the combined wattage of the two baseboards. An electrician is always recommended for assistance in installing the electric baseboards and thermostats to ensure proper installation.
