I would purchase again

I plumb daily, and copper is a very great product for water piping. one major complaint with any of these fittings is that the 'tolerance' of the fit is extremely variable, one will fit loosely on the pipe and others you have to practically hammer it on, that is totally messed up, and truthfully I do not have the time to find out if it is the manufacturing/milling, or the packaging and handling that pieces get bent or nicked in the bags

Look before you install

I needed one 1 1/4 x 1 copper sweat 90 elbow between my wall mounted boiler and hydraulic separator and supplyhouse has them in stock. Excellent! But a few Elkhart 90 fittings have an internal flange on the inside of the bend which can significantly obstruct the flow and induce cavitation. I found one such flawed 90 and set it aside. But, after nearly completing my mechanical system for hydronic radiant heat I removed the section with the reducing 90 and found the hidden flaw. A flaw which could have caused a system failure which could be most difficult to troubleshoot. Now it will take me a week to fix and add to my cost but I also know Supplyhouse will be there to help[. This is a Elkhart problem and you can see there stamp on the flawed part. I have attached photos of the interior and exterior of two different flawed elbows.

As expected...

2 items arrived undamaged, fast shipping... A bit pricey but I guess everything is now.

It's a copper 90°

Clean it. Flux it. Sweat it. It's a copper 90°. It might just be a pipe dream, but what more could a plumber want?

excellent quality, USA made

EPC has always been my favorite copper fitting brand. Copper pipe fits normally into the socket ends and they aren't overly tight like is often the case with Mueller Streamline fittings. Imo, only Nibco copper fittings can come close to EPC for quality but not quite.

NO

I ordered ten 1/8" copper 90 degree elbows and you sent ten 1/4" elbows. WRONG!

Yes this fitting is 1/2" ID and 5/8" OD and can be used for air conditioning. However, it is not a true ACR fitting that has been nitrogen purged and cleaned.
