Easy to purchase
It is very easy to order a new filter for our furnace from Supply House. It arrived within a few days of ordering. It is easy to install. The only problem I find is what to do with the used filters. They are too large to fit in a trash bag and are not easy to break down to get into a trash bag. Otherwise, it is a pleasure to deal with this company

Two filters, both damaged
I've had an issue in getting a filter that isn't damaged. The first arrived and the box it came in was damaged, just assumed it was damaged in shipping. No big deal, customer service was able to get a new one sent out to me in about 4-5 days. Unfortunately the second filter has also arrived damaged and I have yet to hear back from customer service on options of replacement.
