This comment is not about the item I ordered but the way Customer Service handled the issue. The physical dimensions of this item was incorrectly identified and would not properly fit in my unit. They immediately refunded the price. I found a different brand which advertised the needed dimension. Customer service arranged to have a warehouse rep. physically measure this item to verify the dimension. Once verified, I reordered and they waived the delivery charge for the reorder. This is the way to gain a repeated customer!
