Very easy to install and diagram made it easy wiring. Wires were plenty long enough cut them back to length.

Decent universal replacement.
generic replacement for a branded $$$$$ motor at a reasonable cost. Would have been nice to know it required a odd 10 mfd capacitor, (not listed in specs) ahead of time (so I could have ordered it with the motor...) Other than that, the motor arrived when promised,(more than enough wire,and shaft length) and works fine thus far.
