It was working without any problems thus far. We'll have to wait and see its continued operation for the nexf a few years. My experience with company is positive too. The only thing I'd refer to is a bit more clarity on account creation. There's no way of checking the order status either, using the order number. And when you create an account after placing the order, the order that you already placed is not going to be linked to your account. Therefore checking the order status through your account is not going to bear results because the order is not linked to your account. That's why I initially thought it was a scammers website. I called in to verify. Representative told me when you select the login option, on the next page will give you an option to create an account. But how would i advance to the next page/screen if you don't enter your login username and password? That's the only option is presented. Most website offer you to create a new account from login screen, because CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT option is available right below the login screen. But there is no create a new account option available on their login screen. The only other option is to reset the password. If you click on the blank login button it will prompt you to enter your username and password. Anyways, that's a major glitch and needs to be addressed. No hidden tricks should be involved to test the customers' account login skills.

It works without any problems so far. But it's too early to assess.

This contactor is the perfect replacement for the old one. Fastened right in place. Has extra connection points for the added components that need to be connected. Very easy to work with. I would buy this again when needed.

Keep these on hand as replacement contactor for HVAC.

This is a well designed relay; it has all the correct terminals including screw terminals in keeping with the existing style hook-ups. I'm planning to order another.
