Panasonic WhisperLine™ fans are designed for multiple-task ventilation. This means that you can ventilate multiple areas or multiple rooms with just one fan. WhisperLine fans are a great way to remotely mount a fan and run single or multiple inlets for over the shower, tub, toilet and/or vanity in a single bathroom. WhisperLine features a blower wheel that's designed to draw air in both sides allowing more area for air to enter the wheel. This versatile product can be installed in five different positions and joist; truss and suspension brackets are included.
Multitasking Ventilation Fan
This remote-mounted fan can exhaust stale, humid, or contaminated air from multiple points of a room or multiple rooms. For example, you can place inlets over the shower, tub, toilet and vanity in a single bathroom, or in a bathroom, laundry, and craft room to exhaust with a single remote-mounted WhisperLine fan.
Fine-Tune The Airflow For Each Inlet
The low profile grilles are adjustable so you can balance the airflow between the nearest and furthest inlets to create even air circulation.
Installation Flexibility

This 120 cfm Panasonic fan is perfect.
I use this inline fan to circulate air to adjacent small rooms. It is whisper quiet. This replaced an old Panasonic fan which has continuously run for 13 years. I expect the same performance from this fan.

incredibly Quiet
I installed this above the kid's bathroom. It's rated at '1 Sone'" for sound, which is very quiet. It vents both the shower & bathroom. It replaced an older fan pictured. This Panasonic is so quiet my family doesn't know it's running. I'm so impressed with Panasonic' products I'm going to upgrade my Master Bathroom fan as well. I highly recommend this product.

Better than Whisper Quiet
Went back and forth between this model and the Fantech. I chose this because it could be mounted horizontally without any condensation concerns as I believe was an issue with the Fantech. I mounted it in the attic on top of my ceiling joists. The sound of it running is undetectable. I did go with the round Fantech ceiling grill (DGD4). I was initially concerned that the small grill would make be noisy but it's barely noticeable. The RSK damper that came with it, is another story. The flaps get stuck open rendering it useless. I didn't find this out until after I had installed it and insulated using tape, mastic and zip ties. So it's going to be a major pain to rip it out and I'll probably need to run a new section of flex. I doubt this is a defect, just a poor design so If I can't "redesign" it somehow, it'll go in the trash.
