Works great

I bought this heater to supplement heat for my stepson's bedroom as it is in the basement and gets very cold. It is working great and the complaints about seeing his breathe have ceased. It was easy to install. Just make sure you plan on getting a thermostat for it as temperature control does not come with it.

This product whistles also

I spent several hours replacing the previous unit from you only to find the replacement also whistles whenever it is powered up to heat. Bad product!!!

Works great.

Had a little trouble with the wire hook up using the install directions in the box. Watched a YouTube video to help me figure out the wiring. Also had issues attaching the right and left panels. Screws didn't seem to line up easily and at an angle that was difficult with the small space I had in the bathroom.

Electric Heater

This is a good replacement to my front entrance heater. The optional thermostat is a manual dial is great because the old automatic one I had from dimplex was very problematic and I do not recommend .The manufacturer customer service even helped walk me through the wiring and was way simpler than the enclosed wiring detail. The only problem I had was UPS must have thrown it because the bottom was dented other than that great product.

Cheaply Made

If you use the knock outs for wiring you almost destroy the heater to remove them. Cheaply made also.

Q: I purchased and installed two of these units and they both emit a loud buzzing sound while heating. It is loud enough to be heard in the next room with the door closed. I thought these units were supposed to operate quietly.

They are supposed to operate quietly. It sounds as if it may be an issue with your wiring or thermostat.

Generally, baseboard heaters are mounted on an exterior wall and under a window (coldest part of the room). Why? Because they are convection heaters. The difference between the cold and the heated air enables the heater to better circulate the air within the room, giving you a more even heat.

According to the manufacturer, these units are painted with a baked-on powder coat, which handles dampness well.

Each unit is 5,120 BTUs. You will need to perform a heat-loss calculation on the room to determine the amount of units you need. We recommend a certified installer perform the heat-loss calculation.
