- Mini 3-1 tankless electric water heaters are designed to provide warm water around 100 degrees F /38 degrees C for hand washing at 1 standard flow (0.5 gpm) sink
- Mini 3-1 models require 120 volt electric service, 1 dedicated 30 amp breaker, 10 gauge copper wiring, and have 3/8" plumbing connections
- Mini 3-1 models are shipped with a 0.5 gpm pressure compensating flow reducer/aerator that fits on most faucets and should be installed
- The Nichrome (nickel-chromium) Direct Coil™ heating element in all Mini Series models is controlled by a flow switch to prevent dry-firing and failure, and is additionally equipped with a safety high-limit with manual reset

Small and effiecent Point-of-use
The unit is small and fit anywhere in the Bathroom Vanity Cabinet, I had to install a dedicated 30A breaker with 10G cable.
This unit was install in addition to my Tankless water heater. Over all, good product, would be great if a 12"-16" hose was included.

Q: will this unit work on hot water line until water gets hot from large heater about 80 ft. away

Well yes it would work. However there is no thermal shutdown so even when the water from the main heater gets got, this unit will keep heating as well. Possibly lead to unit failure, skin burns etc etc. This is a very simple unit, magnetic relay activates with water flow and turns heater on. I would recommend getting a hot water circulation pump and valve, simple to install, cheap ones have timers, expensive ones have smart timers which learn when you use hot water the most and adjust their timings appropriately.

Q: can thiis unit handle 2 sinks in a church bathroom. hand washing only?

It should be able to handle 2 sinks as long as its only hand washing, although if you use them simultaneously you may only get warm and not hot water.
