I recommend the vendor, part itself to be determined.
I proactively change out my heat pump start capacitors every three years. (Ask me why I started doing that.) I installed a ClimaTek capacitor (from another vendor) in March of 2025 and had to replace it a few weeks ago. My experience has been that the compressor side of the dual capacitor fails open. This time both sides of this capacitor failed open. Not sure why. Anyway, I installed a Titan capacitor from Supply House to replace the failed unit. I have no experience with the Titan brand so time will tell. However, I have had EXCELLENT experience with Supply House whenever I have purchased anything from them.

Retired Pop saving money with SupplyHouse heat pump parts
When the AC exhaust fan on our residential Heat Pump quit, I went out to the garage and pulled a new starter capacitor off the self to get things going. Then, I go online to the SupplyHouse website to order the new capacitor to put back in the garage for next time. In a few days SupplyHouse has my new capacitor sitting on the porch.
