This capacitor was just what our unit needed.
Our original GE 97F9817 went out. This Titan HD was the same diameter fitting the original mounting clamp properly. Just a bit shorter like the other reviews say. This is good allowing more air around components in the already cramped electrical box.

Titan HD capacitor - made in USA, exact fit but shorter.
Purchased this capacitor to replace a dual-capacitor in Carrier Heat pump.
(preventative maintenance, after 13 years, the original still works, although it did seem to have leaked a slight amount of oil).
I considered several other capacitors before selecting this one.
Selected this due to Made in USA and hopefully it's a good quality.
Same diameter as the original but It's quite a bit shorter than the original.
I was confused about the "dual voltage rating" (440/370) and somewhat concerned due to the shorter length. Both caps (60uF and 7.5uF) are rated at 440V, according to the specs. I believe that Packard rates it this way so that more people will know it can replace caps rated at 370V or 440V so that suppliers can reduce inventory by stocking only one cap. It does seem to work ok.
I measured the capacitances and they were pretty much dead-on (60.6uF and 7.52uF)
compared to 57uF and 7.5uF for the original.
