This Bronze High Capacity Feed Water Pressure Regulator is for use in commercial and residential hydronic heating systems to fill the boiler and piping system with water, and to maintain water pressure in the system at all times. It also provides make-up water to the system in the event of system leaks. It consists of a bronze body construction with NPT threaded inlet and outlet connections, a tight seating check valve, purge lever for manual purging, and a stainless steel strainer.

Exact replacement
Easy replacement when removing the exact same model, you will most likely have to remove the existing Nipple and Union and use the new one. So just be aware of that

Q: Where is the adjusting screw to lower pressure?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffHi Tom. Remove the fast fill lever cap, and loosen the lock nut. To raise the reduced pressure - slowly turn the adjusting screw clockwise until the system gauge indicates the pressure required. To lower the reduced pressure - turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise. After completing adjustments, tighten the lock nut and replace the fast fill lever cap.

Q: which direction do you turn to reduce the pressure ? Clochwise or counter-clockwise .
