Environmentally-friendly insulation and factory-installed heat trap nipples reduce heat loss for maximum energy savings. This ProLine water heater is designed with A. O. Smith's superior commercial-grade tank protection. Advanced tank features include stainless steel CoreGard anode rod, Blue Diamond glass lining and DynaClean automatic sediment-cleaning system, all designed to help protect the tank from the corrosive effects of water and extend the life of the water heater. Needed replacement for old, leaky water heater and this one fit the bill. Similar specs, metal drain valve, no electricity required. Microprocessor controller powered by heat pile. Initial pilot light from manual push button ignitor. Easy installation. TIP: Follow instructions on first lighting of pilot light, as led indicator light may take up to a minute to indicate pilot light is lit. So allow such time before closing gas valve and waiting ten minutes to restart the process. May take 4 or 5 attempts.
Unit working great. Had it for about a month now. Hot water all the time.

I installed this unit two weeks ago. Installation wasn't a problem and unit ignited and has work flawlessly. But this is too soon to know anything; check with me in 10 years.

Yes I would buy from you guys , and the product, again.
I use it in my home works great, plenty hot water at lower settings, Only thing is the hot water comes out milky. Going to give it a day or two, if it doesn't clear up I will drain it and see if that helps !

Nice water heater
It is my suggestion if you plan in advance to install a new water heater, Supplyhouse is a good place to go. Not so much if you need a replacement heater asap. Thus 4 stars instead of 5. My first heater arrived damaged. I don't believe it was due to the delivery carrier but by the shipping warehouse. My second replacement arrived damaged once again, but this time by the delivery carrier. I was able to easily repair the damage.
Having said the above, I still recommend supplyhouse.com, they were excellent in quickly jumping on the problems and making things right, even shipping me a replacement broken part. The phone and email staff were very apologetic, and assured me they would take care of it asap, and they did! Also I am very satisfied with my heater it exceeded my expectations.
