Hello. The propane version of this model is SKU: GPVX-75L-LP - https://www.supplyhouse.com/AO-Smith-GPVX-75L-LP-75-Gallon-76000-BTU-ProLine-Power-Vent-Residential-Gas-Water-Heater-w-Side-Connection-LP
AO Smith states: All power vented water heaters generate a certain amount of operational noise. In order to minimize noise transmission to the support structure, use isolation pads between the pipe hangers and the vent pipe. They give no specific information on the noise level directly besides this.
Power vented units use the air from the room for combustion. The exhaust is vented through a fan up into the vent pipe that exits either through the roof or side wall.
This heater is approved for operation up to 10,100 feet without alteration.
