Looks like a great product
I don't like buying cheap stuff....I would rather pay more and get more. This product fits that statement. It was easy to install, looks very well built, came on time, and was well packaged. The shipping company was also great, the trucker went out of his way to help me move it 300 feet to it's new home in the pumphouse.....I buy more and more online because these types of experiences have become more and more common.......Kudos to everybody in this process

I would not buy this 302 Well-X-Trol again
I purchased this unit on October 21,2024 to replace the same Well-X unit that was installed in 1987 when the house was built. The tank was installed 11/1/24. It lasted one year. The bladder failed. The tank filled with water and my pump was making me crazy going on and off. The Warranty is worthless.

Q: what does the max accept. factor mean? we have the wx252 and need to replace it was looking at the wx302 same gallons better psi but accept. factor is different what does that mean?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe Max acceptance factor is the most water you can store in the tank without damaging the diaphragm. To calculate what that would be you multiply the total volume of the tank by the acceptance factor which will give you gallons.
