Best SS Drop Ears for water heaters
These are my go-to drops/stubs for water heater installs and rough-ins. I've never had any of them crack during install. I always check my stainless materials with a magnet before install/use to test for "stainlessness". If the fittings are magnetic, I don't use them. These drop ears pass that magnet test and are suitable for use. My local supplier unfortunately doesn't carry these 3/4 stainless drop ears so I always order them from here.

Good Products, But It is More Than The Products
I have purchased many products from SupplyHouse. Some of them not readily available from anywhere else. They have all turned out to be good to great products.
The bigger pluses are:
1) Shipping times are some of the best I have seen anywhere. It is great to have an alternative to the big online presence without sacrificing on shipping speed, cost...
2) The rare times I have had an issue with anything (shipping, product...) it was resolved quickly. Customer service has been exceptional and you can talk to an actual person when necessary.
