Great water heater

I bought this to fill my huge new jacuzzi bathtub and it works like a charm! It took only about 1 1/2 hours to install and fit my current size venting system. The plumber told me the only way to fill the tub with hot water was to get a tankless system, but this is not true. And...it was about $200 cheaper than the local hardware store price for same model.

Not made in USA

Delivered within a week. Little ding on bottom due to shipment but minor issue. Took 96 minutes to initially heat up, once the water was heated, I haven't had a problem. Very competitive pricing. Haven't noticed price increase on my electric/ gas bill. Very quiet compared to my Sears Kenmore heater. I am upset that water heater body is made in USA, but electric component is still made in China and is a Honeywell brand. The delivery company emails tracking info and you get a phone call to confirm shipment time and date.

Hooked up quickly and is running well!

Although the shipment was delayed 10 days from the manufacturer, it was well worth the wait. Installed quickly and started right up. I have been running it for the last 2 weeks without any problems and produces plenty of hot water!

great product

Looks well made, was delivered with cosmetic dings but it seems to be working great. Hot water in less than 90 mins after installation of the tank. Best of all it is very quite when operating and it is made in the U.S.A

Great Product....took a long time to arr

Great heater. Water heats fast, stays hot long. The only complaint that I have is that it took 3 weeks to be delivered.

Does exactly what it says on the tin

No complaints at all, does exactly what it says on the tin. Hardest part was disposing of the 14 year old BW which had begun to leak! Lets hope this one runs as long.... Thanks PexSupply!

Bradford White is working wonderful,

Mounted together with a circulation system in copper pipes powered by the 115V Pump, w/ Timer and Aquastat by Grundfos, which provides instant hot water at each faucet in the home

So far it's been great, I hope it lasts.

With my old water heater the first shower of the morning was warm, the second one was hot after the heater ran... This one, even my first shower is hot, it retains much more heat then my old one. My last one was a Bradford White as well and lasted 15 years. I hope this new one lasts as long.

Good choice

Great tank, totally satisfied. Hot water all the time, no lukewarm early morning showers. Last one taking one also still has hot water. Decision came down to this tank, and another brand that had digital readouts and electric anode. Was a little leery about too much new stuff. This is old technology slightly modernized. Felt more comfortable with this. Pex Supply was great. The product was delivered within days and their prices were also great!

Right on time.

I was contacted the day before the arrival time and the truck arrived when stated. The water heater was undamaged and my plumber had it working in less than 90 minutes. It replaces a 50 gal. Bradford that was 14 years old. It works like a charm and I would recommend PexSupply to anyone.

great purchase

Pex Supply shipped quickly. The emails explained everything including the tracking number. The shipping company was fantastic. The box didn't even have a scratch on it. We installed the gas water heater in a couple of hours. 2 hours later my daughter took the deapest bath she has ever had. Loads of hot water. We are very happy and hot. :-)

You can, but the PEX must be at least 18" away from the flue.

Yes it can with 2 dielectric unions for copper supply lines. But check your local codes first since some municipalities don't allow pex pipe for plumbing.

No, this water heater does not qualify for the federal tax rebate. At this point, there are no Bradford White water heaters that are eligible for the tax credit. For all of the water heaters on the site that do qualify for the rebate, there is a note stating so at the top of the product page.
