75 Gallon - 76,000 BTU TTW2 Power Vent Energy Saver Residential Water Heater (Nat Gas)

Easy to order and work with but their shipping leaves something to be desired. First shipment was VERY damaged. Second shipment, had dents in the same places but was at least usable. Return was easy but time consuming. Took over 2 weeks to get a functioning water heater.

Had to return my first water heater due to excessive damage. The return was easy and painless, but took over a week to get my replacement. My replacement also had some damage on it but I did not want to be without hot water for another week so I used it.

Very happy to be able to go through supplyhouse.com. I wanted to replace the older model of this heater after 25 highly reliable year. It was tricky because Bradford White is usually only available through installers. Found it here for a great price (better than local suppliers that wouldn't sell to me) and installed myself. I don't know the limits of this heater because we haven't reached them yet - a family of 6 with 4 bathrooms and we have yet to run out of hot water, even with the tank set to 1/4 heat (same as previous model). It is also very efficient for a tank of this size. I had to call customer service for a question about delivery and the woman on the phone was the best rep I've spoken to in years.

They noticed the water heater being sent to a higher elevation, contacted me and then sent the correct gas orifice for the altitude. Really appreciated this, as it went above and beyond my service expectations. A+

This gas water heater does double duty in our house, supplies our hot water tap and also heats the water that circulates in tubes under our floor. The original Bradford White was a 65 gallon with a power vent and it lasted 24 years. Outstanding quality in my opinion

Of course, it only had a six year warranty. They were very unhelpful when I called to discuss possible solutions. Amazing that such an expensive product would not perform after only 6 1/2 years, leaking from the bottom and advised it was not repairable.

My existing Bradford White 75-gal, Natural gas fired, power vent hot water heater started to leak from the cold water influent fitting; guessing the unit was maybe 15 years old since it was installed before we purchased this house. I visited supplyhouse.com to check on pricing and availability of a new unit. 1st unit arrived banged up pretty bad, Supplyhouse was great, re ordered new unit and picked up damaged. 2nd unit was in great shape, installed easy and is working great.

Bought this to replace a previous model bradford white water heater so I would have to move any connections. So far it is working as expected, will see how long the tank lasts as the previous tank lasted 14yrs before it started leaking.
