The best single point hot water heater.
This product was super easy to install. Provides instant hot water for washing hands.
The SupplyHouse.com website is really Informitive, they provided all the proper info needed to decide which unit was right for me.
No plumber needed it was a DIY project. The electrical was professionally installed. We had two twenty amp breakers with 8 gauge wire.
I highly recommend this product from this supplier.

Works well
I was matching an existing water heater. Installed and works fine just like the last one. The last one lasted 15 years. Might have been fixable but just decided to get a new one.

It worked and then it didnt
Had this unit installed to exactly replace what was in our office bathroom. It worked for two days, and now it doesn't even warm the water.
We tried decreasing the water pressure to the unit almost down to a trickle.....just cold water comes out of the hot side of the faucet

Q: Can you connect the hot water line to this instead of the cold water line, to enable quicker hot water to the faucet?

Verified Reply- PexSupplyStaffNo, The manufacturer requires that the unit have a minimum flow of cold water into the unit. Failure to do so, by sending preheated water into the cold port could cause damage to the electric element.
