yes it is lead free.
Nope standard fitting that accepts 1" pipe, just longer radius turn.
3/4 refers to the inside dia. of this photo
This fitting is 3/4" nominal. The actual OD of the tubing (and the ID of the belled end of the fitting) is 7/8".
The fitting ends will accept ¾" copper pipe. See The Copper Tube Handbook at http://www.copper.org/publications/pub_list/pdf/copper_tube_handbook.pdf Page 21, Table 2A indicates that ¾" Copper Tubing has an OD of .875 inches. So, the inside diameter of the fitting ends is something a little larger than .875". I think the ID of the fitting body is nominally .75". Cheers!
This is a 3/4" coupling fitting, it fits over 3/4" copper piping just like any other normal coupling fitting. Its ID is 7/8", the OD of 3/4" nominal tubing.
If the specs section, under the "Overview" tab, says "Application: plumbing" it's nominal. If it's 3/4" OD it would be marked as ACR (Air Conditioning/Refrigeration)
A 3/4 inch copper pipe fits into the fitting.
The swaged ends will slip over 3/4" copper pipe for a sweat soldered connection. In other words, 3/4" copper pipe will fit snugly inside the ends of the elbow. Just remember to clean both ends of the joint with emery cloth first.
