I use a lot fo these water heaters
I have installed several Rinnai water heaters for my customers, they work well. I think some people have a misunderstanding of a tankless (instantaneous) water heater, they heat the water as it goes through the water heater but it still has to travel to whatever outlet you are using. If a person wants water hot immediately at the tap, install a circulating system with an aquastat to turn off the pump once the water reaches the desired temperature. This is the best system and it works great. But you have to pay for perfection.

Close and a bit disappointed
Supply House has been great. Fast delivery and good customer service! The unit is a piece of art. It takes little space and will never leak. And it was a bit of a surprise how long it takes to heat water.
Plan your shower ahead, in a large home the water could arrive in two minutes. Run the sink before the dishwasher starts. You will want to begin with hot water. Get up and wash your face, it will be a real shocker.
Plus I think that we will use more water. It takes several gallons to empty the pipes.
There are recirculating pumps available. I believe that I need one. I think a traditional hot water heater would have been a better choice.

Best Tankless Water Heater
This is my third Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. No trouble with the first two, but be sure to flush seasonal. Rinnai is by far the best tankless water heater on the market, and you can't beat the price.

I tried to purchase this Rinnai Indoor Tank Water Heater locally, only to find out they didn't have any in stock. This has become common place since COVID.
