Very nice water heater
This on demand heater has been working flawlessly since the beginning and I'm very pleased with the low noise from this unit. To be honest, I'm not using the recirculating feature so I can not speak for that... Otherwise very happy with it.

Great product, easy install
This is used for the whole house with a dedicated recirculating system.
I have installed over 60 Navien tankless water heaters, and really like their product, that being said I reviewed the Rinnai lineup and this one is a good match to the Navien.
A couple of covienent differences, the Navien has a well setting which allows for fluctuating water pressure from a pump system also has a dedicated recirculation port eliminating the need for an external check valve tied into the cold water line.
