Exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition, and on time. Installation is typical for such a unit and took some time. I also installed the extra installation valve set that makes for a very nice overall installation - great for future maintenance as needed.
Rinnai is a great brand and this unit is perfect for our household of three people.

I think this is amazing for the price
I still have not fired it up yet due to the gas line not connected. The unit is solid, built well and seams to be made very well. If it works a great as it looks and feels I think I am going to be very pleased.
