Excellent quality and engineering, doesn't fit 4" PVC pipe
Excellent quality and construction, but it doesn't fit completely inside a 4" PVC pipe.
it has a stepped down inner rubberized plug, where about 3/8" of an inch fit inside a 4" PVC pipe, but the main part of the plug does not fit inside the pipe. main plug dia is about 4 1/4".
Not sure what it was designed for, but its well made.

Would not fit in a 4" pipe with a closet ring installed due to a slightly larger diameter top plate. Other brand plug worked where this one didn't.
