Please note: This unit comes Natural Gas as standard, but can be easily converted to Propane with the supplied gas conversion kit.
Fully modulating, gas fired, tankless water heater with sealed combustion and power vented flue. Indoor and outdoor models available for residential and commercial applications. Supplies hot water to domestic hot water systems and can be used with water storage tanks, recirculation systems, and/or combined domestic & heating applications.
Series 200 incorporates several new features including a combustion system that can easily be field converted from natural gas to propane with components supplied in the box. The maximum vent length has increased to 60'. The indoor models will have an integrated temperature controller and factory installed power cord. The outdoor models will include a remote control as a standard feature.

- This unit is NOT approved for installation in Manufacture Homes and is not suitable for space heating applications only.
- Capacity: 2 to 3 Showers
- Field Convertible from Natural Gas to Propane
- Complies with SCAQMD rule 1146.2 and other air quality management districts with similar NOx emission requirements of 14 ng/J or 20 PPM.
- Maximum flow rate of 6.6 GPM at 35°F temperature rise (3.3 GPM at 70°F rise)
- Copper HEAT EXCHANGER: 25x better heat transfer than stainless steel thus stabilizing outgoing water temperature quicker and reducing pressure drop across the heat exchanger
- Outdoor models include remote control
- 15-year limited warranty on heat exchanger in residential applications, 5-year limited warranty on all parts
- Complies with Lead Free standards

Takagi water heaters historically the best
We have installed close to 50 Takagi tankless water heaters over the past 15 years and they work perfectly and never had a repair, issue or any failure. In my own home I installed one about 17 years ago and it still performs perfectly. Not like the current old style tank heaters that have failed our clients in 10 years or less

Fits perfectly in our old Takagi footprint
It kept our plumber install costs low and works great set at 120F for the 2 of us. We've never run out of hot water, partly due to California fixture flow rules. Even if we turn every faucet and shower on, the instant heater keeps up just fine.

Great tankless water heater
They didn't tell me about the increase in water pressure without a tank. Great product, install was straight forward. Buy the tankless install kit also, it's Worth every penny. Shipping was super fast. I will definitely buy from supply house again.

Perfect fit replacement
Since this unit was advertised as an exact replacement for my leaking unit I purchased it thinking I could do the labor myself. Was not going to happen as I am 82 years old and could not have lifted the unit and held in place while securing to the wall. Found a local plumber who did an excellent job!
