The pre-drilled hole size in this panel is 3/16", so a #8 screw would fit best. We would recommend using a stainless steel screw, but it is not necessary in the application. There would be no electrolysis problems between the two different types of metals.
Stainless is among the most likely metals to cause corrosion in contact with aluminum. The common 316/317-series SS are very likely to corrode and discolor in contact with aluminum. Zinc is nearest aluminum in the galvanic series, therefore zinc-plated screws would be the best.
