Supply House is good
The product is a bathroom fan, it's no quieter or superior to the one I replaced other than it works when you flip the switch but I didn't expect it to be any different since it was a direct replacement. The reason I got it was because it was a direct replacement I didn't remove the old housing just pulled the old motor and replaced it with the new one and plugged it in. Nice and easy which is what I wanted.

Whole fan cost less than part
I needed part of the fan and found that I could purchase the complete fan for less than the part would cost me. I ordered the complete fan, removed the part I needed for my fan, replaced the defective part in my existing mounted fan and saved myself lots of money. Now if I can find someone that needs the fan housing I can fix them up. Why is the whole cheaper than the part ?
