HA018240 HomeAdvantage II Electric Tankless Water Dual Heate
My wife wanted a tankless hot water heater. I was leery about one but I agreed to get one and install it. And was I ever glad I did. This unit if Great. For the wiring all I had to do was run another line and put in two 40 amp breakers and put it on the wall. For peace of mind I also installed a home in line 5 micron water filter, even tho we have a water softening system, in case any lime makes it through the soft water system. If you don't know much about electricity I would recommend you get a professional to wire it. I was lucky in that my neighbor is an electrician. It is so wonderful to take a long hot shower, or a nice hot bath and not run out of hot water. I highly recommend that if you don't have one, to get one, especially if your old hot water heater is acting up. You won't regret you did.

So the 1 inch connector is painful as well as having to run 8 -2 and another 40 amp circuit breaker. Because I put this in an old camp the breaker box did not have 2 40 amp circuit breakers so I had to find them on line. I wish supply wear house would tell you : with this purchase you will need two 40 amp circuit and 8-2 wiring for each circuit plus 2 1 inch brass fittings to connect the water line.
I would still recommend but it is not a plug and play like I wanted. It beats the alternative of heat a huge tank when no one is there.

Much improved replacement of older model.
We had a 10 year old Eemax heater and we in the process of repairing it when the internal plasic heat exchanger tubes cracked and leaked. This new unit seem to be built much more substainial with copper internals and simplified control system.

Bought to replace previous tankless water heater. Easy to install and works great. Provides plenty of hot water instantly for a 1 bath home with washer and dishwasher. Great 5 yr replacement warranty.

Yes, I would buy this product again and the larger capacity
Produces plenty of hot water as described. Have one kitchen sink and one bathroom. A 2 GPM flow restrictor is required on the outlet to keep the water from free-flowing while the faucet is open. As long as this is installed there are no issues. Cabin is seasonal with temperatures getting to -30 or below regularly. Compressed air is needed to blow out all the water from the unit. As long as the water is out it does not freeze.

Perfect small home water heater
Installed in the winter in NJ. So water temp is the lowest. Still performs as expected. Heats one low flow shower and a faucet comfortably.
