I would purchase honeywell products again.
I installed this thermostat with the new installation of a MrCool Universal 4/5 ton unit.
It was easy to install with the help of a youtube video, using the wiring procedure from the honeywell T'stat to the MrCool air handler, and condensing unit. The instructions in the honeywell package, made programming simple and fast. The T'stat is very accurate. It will save money over the course of it's life. Thank you very much. Rhoadservices.

I would not buy this product again!
We have had many failures of T6 and T4 thermostats; They intermittently send 5 Volts, instead of 27 Volts to the B or Y1 terminals. Typically we would get a call back several days after installation. Sometimes it would be working again, requiring us to guess. When I caught one and called the manufacture (not Honeywell) I was told it was impossible for it to be sending 5 Volts on the B terminal, because a thermostat is only a switch, (either on of off).
After reading they had fixed their problems by the sixth generation I ordered 8, which were ninth generation. The second one we installed was DOA. At least we didn't have a mysterious call back on that one! I'm through with T6 and T4 thermostats. (The two AA cells were good, though.)

Never again T6
The feature to program 5-2 is not available. EVERY day has to be programmed individually. * See Product Info. - step " To adjust Program Schedules", line 3. It don't work. Multiple junk products from Honeywell/Resideo.

I would buy this product again.
Easy to program. Recommend having a technician do the original install and set the basic functions. But after that, changing the four times zones and temperature is easy.
