The Taco Model 008 Cartridge Circulator is designed for a wide range of residential and light commercial, higher-head water circulating applications. Available in cast iron or stainless steel construction. Stainless Steel can be used in higher-head heat recovery, water source heat pumps, open-loop solar heat and domestic water recirculation systems. Unique, replaceable cartridge contains all of the moving parts so you can service it easily instead of replacing the entire unit. Compact, direct-drive, low-power consumption design is ideal for high efficiency jobs.

Taco stainless circulator/pump
I have used these pumps for 40 years in a hot water solar application -they do not last as long as they used to and have doubled in price . At one time you could just buy the pump guts for less-no longer
I wish they made them better .I get 2-3 years from one these days

008 taco pump
Works great I have 3-300' loops in my shop floor under 5 inches of concrete thermostat set at 63° It heats the room to 63° shuts off but the temperature keeps rising to about 67°
