yes if it was certified for Canada
The product is excellent , but living in Canada I need the proper CSA certification. On the web site it showed that it ,did but upon receiving it is clear it doesn't.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience. The unit model is ANSI Z21.10.3 and CSA 4.3. However, at this time of this post we do not ship directly to Canada. I apologize if you could not find a CSA certification marked and displayed somewhere on your unit.

I would buy this product again. Takagi is a reliable brand
Heated water on demand never runs out. Powerful enough that all showers (3) can run along with dishwasher, etc. and not run out of hot water.

Good product right out of the box!
We upgraded to this larger unit to get the condensing/low pollution aspect and also get a heat exchanger with lower head pressure. The unit at 58 lbs was easy to install on the outside of the building. This avoids any fire risk from gasoline, etc. It is plumbed into a 2400 sq ft radiant floor heat application. The unit fired off instantly after the propane was turned on. I have used lots of Noritz units in the past and believe that the quality of this is comparable, at least to start. TIme will tell on how well it holds up. We did not change the default 120 degree output setpoint and note that it seems to be loafing along on even the 20 degree days. I'm looking forward to seeing the winter's propane usage.
