Fully modulating, gas fired, tankless water heater with sealed combustion and power vented flue. Indoor and outdoor models available for residential and commercial applications. Supplies hot water to domestic hot water systems and can be used with water storage tanks, recirculation systems, and/or combined domestic & heating applications.
Series 200 incorporates several new features including a combustion system that can easily be field converted from natural gas to propane with components supplied in the box. The maximum vent length has increased to 60'. The indoor models will have an integrated temperature controller and factory installed power cord. The outdoor models will include a remote control as a standard feature.

- This unit is NOT approved for installation in Manufacture Homes and is not suitable for space heating applications only.
- Capacity: 1 to 2 Bathrooms
- Field Convertible from Natural Gas to Propane
- Complies with SCAQMD rule 1146.2 and other air quality management districts with similar NOx emission requirements of 14 ng/J or 20 PPM.
- Maximum flow rate of 6.6 GPM at 35°F temperature rise (3.3 GPM at 70°F rise)
- Copper HEAT EXCHANGER: 25x better heat transfer than stainless steel thus stabilizing outgoing water temperature quicker and reducing pressure drop across the heat exchanger
- Outdoor models include remote control
- 15-year limited warranty on heat exchanger in residential applications, 5-year limited warranty on all parts
- Cannot be installed in below-freezing outdoor climates
- Complies with Lead Free standards

Good Quality and Value - TK-110U-E
I live in the PacNW and the incoming water now (Feb/Mar) is 47 degrees, so I am rendering 2.9 GPM at 125 degrees. Enough for a shower (without a flow limiter), enough for a tub fill, if you have the patience for it to fill. I have an iron tub, so it stays hot. I also have a long run from its outdoor location to the master bath it serves, so it only serves the shower and tub. This model is for a specific application, not whole house, unless you have a tiny house. In my opinion, it doesn't seems weatherized enough to become wet under an eave, but only time will tell. I bought some thermostat controlled heat tape and wrapped the pipes (pex) including the service valves, then with pipe insulation, to cover for the odd day it goes below 30.

Inconsistent hot water
I have purchased three of these two of them I'm having problems with inconsistent water to the shower. Seems to be an ongoing problem

This has been a fantastic unit
I have had a T-KJr2-OS water heater for over 10 years and other than flushing with white vinegar every couple of years, I have not had to do anything else. It has been through several freezing days, not tgst we gave a lot in Houston, TX.
Today, I had my first issue of no hot water. Upon opening the front panel, I found the maintenance sheet preserved in the zip lock bag. I did not expect much, but after opening it and reading through it, I found it to be an excellent guide to the unit. I was able to quickly narrow in on the high limit switch. Fortunately I was able to reset it though I know if it stuck once, it will do it again. I have ordered a replacement.
If it was this easy for me to diagnose, a professional would have an equally similar experience. These are well made as is evident by the fact that they are still making the same unit over ten years later.

Excellent product that was well packaged with super fast delivery. Purchased for our summer cottage in western Massachusetts to replace an old indoor hot water heater. Outdoor installation went perfectly and was just what we needed to free up some valuable kitchen space! Very pleased with everything about the Series 200 tankless. Propane conversion kit conversion was very straight forward as were all installation instructions in the owners manual. Plenty of hot water for kitchen sink, bathroom sink and 1 indoor shower. Great looking product with nice design and good quality! You need to be somewhat handy with plumbing and electrical work but just take your time, plan ahead and your install will come out great!
