Overview:
TK-540P-NIH series integrates a recirculation pump to provide instant hot water in residential applications with dedicated recirculation lines. The pump is easily controlled with a simple user interface and multiple pump settings allow you to customize pump operation to meet your needs while maximizing heater efficiency.

- This unit is NOT approved for installation in Manufacture Homes and is not suitable for space heating applications only.

- 15-year limited Heat Exchanger Warranty, 5-year parts warranty, 1-year labor warranty for Residential applications
- 6-year limited Heat Exchanger Warranty, 5-year parts warranty, 1-year labor warranty for Commercial applications
- Integrated Recirculation Pump - 1/2" pipe - 100'; 3/4" pipe - 500'
- Primary heat exchanger is constructed of a commercial grade copper that is more resilient to erosion.
- Secondary heat exchanger is made of type 316L stainless steel to protect against corrosion.
- Complies with SCAQMD 1146.2 Ultra-Low NOx regulations of less than 14 ng/J (<20ppm)
- Easy-Link with up to three other T-H3 units to increase flow capacity
- Common Vent up to 8 units
- Condensing Indoor model
- Safety features include Air-Fuel ratio (AFR) sensor, freeze protection, overheat cut-off fuse, exhaust & water temperature safety control, and troubleshooting diagnostic codes

Great prices/shipping/selection & helpful people
My old Takagi T-M1 water heater died and couldn't be repaired, even with a mainboard replacement. I found this new TK-540P-NIH, requiring only a small amount of plumbing hard copper modifications. It was a pretty easy swap. I just had to get the neutralizing filter to bring the acid condensate back to pH=7 so that it doesn't eat away the pipes. Cool exhaust is nice, even though I have existing SS exhaust for a non-condensing heater (with extremely hot exhaust).

Endless hot water
I purchased a 199.000 BTU wall mounted indoor tankless hot water heater to replace a 4 year old State tankless hot water heater. My plumber told me he could not find a unit for me. I immediately went to SupplyHouse.com, ordered my unit, it was delivered as expected the next day. Unit was installed the following morning.
This is a great tankless hot water heater.

I would recommend the Takagi Tankless Water Heater
The Takagi is a wonderful product and I expect the same great level of service my other unit provided (over 15 years of uninterrupted service).
