Features:

- This product contains a fast fill feature, which reduces start-up time and labor.
- Low inlet pressure check valve help prevent loss of system pressure if the supply water drops below system pressure.
- Union connection available with 1/2" male NPT thread and 1/2" female sweat tail-piece for fast, flexible system connection.
- Brass body construction is highly resistant to corrosion-ideal for water systems.

Worked great. This pressure valve is the best !
This pressure valve is the best ! It's a good thing they named it "Pressure Reducing Valve" because that's exactly what it did. And the added bonus of being "Lead Free" is fantastic because that stuff taste terrible. It was a little shinier then I expected but in the end it did add a little extra bling to the basement atmosphere which it desperately needed.
Thanks for the lightning fast shipping.

not sure
purchased lese than 1 year ago and plastic strainer blew out and water went every where. The treads on one side were completely gone! Should have been a brass one! Cannot get that part alone, must buy new reducer. Threads are not standard foe PVC or pipe.
