Series 668S1 TwistFlow pre-assembled distribution manifold for radiant panel systems
with built-in sight flow gauge/balancing valve
Distribution manifolds for radiant panel systems are used to optimally distribute the heating fluid in floor heating system circuits and ultimately improve the control of heat emission from the panels. The manifolds ensure that the flow to each circuit is regulated precisely and also control the shut-off, venting and automatic removal of air from the system.

This fitting will connect 5/16" PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool. 680503A: 3/8" PEX Loop Fitting Assembly

If you want to use your manifold to heat multiple zones, you can purchase return side actuators that work along side thermostats. The actuators act as zone valves to allow you to use one manifold to control the temperature in different rooms independently.

AWESOME
Removed Radiators from 116 yr old Home...installed Baseboard and Used this Manifold off Boiler.... Fantastic!!! ...Great Quality.... Awesome to fill one zone at a Time...the Connections for 3/4 PEX worked amazing...not one leak.....be Sure to Purchase the Caleffi wrench to make PEX connections.....Well worth it

Q: I am needing information on the twistflow manifold. for the 1- 1/4" inlet and 3/4" outlet manifolds. For the return side valve that can be controlled by an actuator, what is the maximum close off pressure delta and what is the maximum static pressure of the return side valve. I do not need the max working pressure of the whole assembly I need the specific valve information
