Copper Cross and a J-Pole Antenna
I used the copper cross and a copper "T" to build the antenna found in the article on the web page,[@] you can see I used different parts to achieve the same results... Antenna works great! I built four of them, phased them together, and I am using them on the 147.32 repeater in Stevensville with excellent results...

Brass, not copper
If you need a 4 way connector, this is about your only choice. However it is very rough cast, and not completely finished inside either. Since I would be using this for a display rack, appearance is rather important to me, and I prefer to keep everything copper. They do appear quite sturdy, and if I were using it for plumbing, I'd not hesitate to recommend it.

Quality part but expensive
This is the only cross of this size I could find that specifically stated it was lead free and for use with potable water. I think the price should be way lower, but they really cornered the market.. Quality of the part is super nice and worked out well for the project.

I would and will buy this again
Delta / Brizo recommends use of a cross in configuration of three body jets in custom tile shower installs to balance flow. Supply house
had one in stock and two days later it was installed.
Eastern ky is limited on access to such items , if it can't be delivered by mule or signal sent across barb wire we have to learn to do without.

This seems unlikely. The cast copper cross fitting is intended to have all thicknesses of copper tubing fit inside the cross since they all have the same size _outside _diameter. The inner diameter of a 5/8" tube is irrelevant.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffCopper fitting adapters fit inside copper fittings, such as this cross. Such adapters have the same diameters as copper pipe, which would also fit inside this cross. Part H060500 would be the part to use if you want to connect 1/2" PEX to the CP35-08 cross via a crimp or clamp connection.

Fitting adapters are male style and fit into the respective pipe size fittings. Make sure you have a fitting adapter and not Pex X copper adapter, which would fit copper pipe nominal size. The answer is yes.

A: yes you can sweat a male pex copper fitting brass adapter to a cross same size, if this is what you want. You can sweat SKU H250500 to any female 1/2" copper or brass fitting. Both SKU H060500 and SKU H250500 have male copper fitting ends that fit inside female copper or brass fittings of the same dimension. Remove the plastic valve lever on the valve before sweating.
