Description

Note:This manifold requires 16 Loop Fitting Assemblies (please see below).

Mr PEX 1-1/4 Stainless Steel Manifold is made from high quality stainless steel, and is offered in 2 through 12 loop configurations. The manifold comes mounted on brackets and it is equipped with full port ball valves provided with thermometers, manual air vents and fill/drain valves. The branch Cv value is 1.38 and the manifold body accommodates flows up to 14gpm.

The SUPPLY (upper) manifold is fitted with balancing flowmeters with readable range of 0 to 2 GPM that allow flow adjustment of each individual loop. The flow meters have a brass body and the sight glass is made from temperature and impact resistant plastic material, all components are antifreeze resistant up to a 50% mix.

The RETURN (lower) manifold, has manual on/off valves that controls the flow for each individual circuit. The manual knob can be removed to accommodate the Mr PEX actuators (part# 5120700 & 5120701).

Supply and return mains can be connected from either left or right sides. The manifold comes ready for a left hand connection. Connection from the right can be done by removing the manifold body from the brackets and flipping them over.

Live & Learn (composite vs SS).

Radiant heat manifold, this quality thruout . Stainless is bye far superior to composite which sag over time, if not properly support. Supplyhouse is our go to supplier for our needs, hands down.

Mr. Pex is quality

This manifold was a replacement for a failed brass unit also mfgd by Mr. Pex. It directly replaced without any modifications to the tubing. Fit and finish of the unit is visually excellent.

Manifold

Nice manifold. I ordered fully assembled. I wish the spacing was a little more, each hook up is two inches apart. It's off set one inch from top to bottom. . Turning valves on or off don't give you much room. Not a big deal personally I like a little more working room is all.

Great product, easy to install

I used it to re install radiant heat floors in my home. They where installed under the floor and now I have them over the subfloor. Easy to install.... it took more torque to tighten the pipes to stop small leaks than I expected but it works fine. Also it looks great since it is exposed in my walk in closet. For anyone installing radiant heat on your house DO NOT Irepeat DO NOT install under the plywood. You will save up to 70% in energy installin above.

ASK A QUESTION

Q: Can the MR Pex manifold be connected to 3/4" pex tubing, I only see connectors for up to 5/8". I'm looking for a manifold to distribute water to baseboard water heaters and the piping on the heater is 3/4", so I wanted to run 3/4" pex from the manifold the the radiators. Thanks.

Q: I have 2 different system loops in house. 1 for cast iron radiators and 1 for radiant floors. I want purchase a manifold for each system due to different temps.i know it works fine with radiant heat, but can it work just the same for the radiators which are much hotter?

These manifolds are not really suited for radiators. The max working pressure for the unit is 145 psi, and the max continuous working temperature is 160 degrees, which is lower than most radiator output temps would be.

Q: will my current "heat link" radiant zone valves work with this manifold? My current manifold leaks and I would like to simply swap out the manifold as I think the HL zone valves must be used with my current Heat-Link electronic module. thanks

Mr. Pex does not suggest installing the unit upside down, however the supply and return can be unscrewed and you can swap their position on the bracket.
