It installed quick and easy and worked like it is supposed to. The people on the service line answered questions on our old unit to verify what we believed was wrong before replacing it. They were super helpful. It wad delivered quickly. Definitely would order from them again! And the unit seems like it is good quality.

Easy Installation …. replacement for older Rheem system
Installation was straight forward. I replaced a 16yr old Rheem unit that decided to die. As long as you use the recommended valve system , piece of cake.
The venting is another story. The new system requires a 3x5 concentric vent. Cost is almost as much as the main unit. The old system used 3" stainless Zvent. Had to replace 100% of the old vent. New system is working perfectly.
