Replaced A 14 Year Old One Of Same, Good To Go!
This Unit Replaced A 14 Year-Old Unit That Had Been Well Serviced And Gave Us Great Service All Of Its Years. I Wasn't Crazy Happy About Having To Redo Pipework On Something That Should Have Been An Easy Change Out From The Old Unit, But Thats How Things Go. I Was Also Surprised That The Thermostat Clip Was Not Included For A Remote Thermostat. Looking At The Thermostats, They Did Mention That You Would Probably Need That Piece If You Were Ordering A Thermostat. I Was Using My Old Thermostat Form My Unit That Was 14 Years Old, Which Works Perfectly Fine. It Online And Working As It Should.

Excellent Water Heater
This was a direct replacement for a 14 year old Rinnai. Super quick shipping and excellent service from supplyhouse.com. FYI… make sure water heater is registered with Rinnai and installed by plumber to get an extended warranty period. Great experience.
